You have access to the management system immediately after signing up, where we have pre-filled as much information as possible. With this as a starting point, we have experienced that campsites signed up on Wednesday and received their first bread orders from guests on Saturday. Normally, we advise allocating about 8 hours for this, spread over a period of 10-14 days.

That is not a problem, in fact, we encourage everyone to use the app as much as possible so that you and your guests get the most enjoyment out of the Camping Comfort platform.

Our team is ready to help day and night; during the week, you can contact your account manager, and for emergencies in the evening or on the weekend, Hans and Sjoerd's mobile numbers can be found on the website.

We advise sharing the QR code only from the moment of reservation, as the information shared through the app is very detailed and operational in nature. A guest who has not yet booked will only be distracted by this.
